“The Charmer”, another fanart of Au Punk(?) Teddy and Billy. Someone mentioned in a comment in the previous drawing that Teddy can change his tattoos. Then I thought that apart from changing those… it should also be his state of mind. So if he’s in a good mood, his tattoos are very colorful hehehe.
